Our Art Show At Saladelia, we hang the work of local artists Commission Free in order to encourage the sharing of great art and to promote the existing nature of creativity. We recycle all of our unused containers. We collect our cooking oil for bio-fuel production and our fresh vegetable peels and scraps go to a small local sustainable farm to feed livestock. We purchase paper and plastic products manufactured from recycled content, and we are always on the lookout for the most earth-friendly products.
