We prefer orders to be placed by noon of the preceding day. However, we will do our best to accommodate late orders.

Cakes must be ordered 48 hours in advance. Or, you can check for our current availability.

A 24 hour advance notice of cancellation is required to avoid receiving a cancellation charge of 35% of the total cost of your order.

Same day cancellation will be charged full order price.



Payment in full is due upon delivery. We accept many forms of payments, including all major credit cards, corporate checks and cash.

Your signed receipt confirms you have received your complete order and you are satisfied with it. You are also encouraged to fill out our Customer Comment Card, which will help us know how much you enjoyed our services.
